How It Works
Contact Us: A family member, attorney, or other authorized party contacts us with the document(s) that need to be notarized.
Scheduling: We confirm the facility’s requirements. Some facilities require you to be placed on the inmate’s visitor list or to schedule through their legal office.
Prepayment: All jail/prison signings require prepayment prior to scheduling. This covers travel, wait time, and notarization.
Visit & Notarization: On the scheduled day, we verify the inmate’s identity, witness the signing, and notarize the document(s).
Delivery: Completed documents are returned to the requesting family member, attorney, or mailed/delivered as instructed.
Fees
Standard Service Fee: $150–$200 (includes travel and first 30 minutes of wait time)
Notarization Fee: $5 per signature (as set by Maryland law)
Additional Wait Time: $25 per 30 minutes beyond the first 30 minutes
Mileage: Included within 25 miles; additional mileage billed separately
All fees must be paid in advance by the requesting party (family, attorney, etc.).
